From November 13th to 14th, the kick-off meeting of the TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) project, co-funded by the European Union under the ERASMUS+ SPORT program, was held in Matera at the HUBOUT Laboratory, organized by A.S.D. CULTURA E SPORT.

The project partners discussed the following topics:

1. Report of the project coordinator on the activities
2. Illustration of objectives, Work Packages, tasks, deliverables, deadlines
3. Continuons reporting
4. Events and Meetings
5. Communication and Dissemination activities
6. Exchange of good practices and experiences
7. Financial issues
8. Monitoring and evaluation of the project activities

A guided tour of the city of Matera, European Capital of Culture 2019, was also held.
